Account Set Up
First time customers are required to make payment against proforma invoice in order to set up an account. A credit application form should be completed and returned to us. Providing you are VAT registered and on receipt of the completed credit application form, we will set up an account for you. Our normal credit terms are 30 days.

- Paying by bank draft
- Electronic transfer (BACS or Swift transfer)

Prices
All prices are ex-works and exclude VAT (UK only).

Despatch
We have a short lead-time from receipt of order to despatch. All goods are packaged and despatched from our plant in Warrenpoint. We will ensure that the most economically advantageous freight company is chosen to deliver your goods, whether by land, sea or air. Alternatively, you have the option to choose your freight carrier.

Refund Policy
We endeavour to ensure the goods you order arrive in perfect condition. All goods purchased are under warranty. If for any reason you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or our service, please contact us. Email care@typerite.com with the query or complaint, this will allow us to deal with your situation immediately.

Samples
Samples for some of our products are available on request e.g thermal transfer ribbons, thermal transfer fax rolls, MICR ribbons.
